Preheat your air fryer to 390 degrees.
Using a pastry brush, brush the potatoes with peanut oil. Sprinkle each potato with 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt.
Place the potatoes into the air fryer basket and lower the basket into the air fryer.
Cook the potatoes for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, carefully turn the potatoes over with a pair of tongs. Continue cooking for an additional 15 minutes or until the potatoes are easily pierced with a fork. (The internal temperature should read 210 degrees on an instant-read thermometer.)
Carefully remove the potatoes from the air fryer basket. Serve immediately with your desired toppings. Enjoy!
If your potatoes are larger or smaller, adjust the cooking time accordingly.
