Wash and dry the produce. Using a paring knife, halve the peaches along the cores. Turn the two halves against each other. Then, quarter the peaches into wedges and set aside.
Add the sliced orange, sliced lemon, fresh raspberries, and peach wedges to a large pitcher.
Pour the Riesling wine, peach schnapps, and lemon juice into the pitcher.
Add the granulated sugar and vanilla. To add the vanilla, gently slice the vanilla bean lengthwise, then scrape vanilla beans out of their pods. Discard the pods.
Stir until well combined and then place the sangria in the refrigerator for 2 to 24 hours, allowing the flavors to meld together. Before serving, add ice cubes and garnish with additional fresh raspberries or more sliced lemons or oranges if preferred.
Although it may be tempting, resist the urge to drink or serve your sangria immediately. Sangria tastes best after resting in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably 24 hours, allowing the flavors to meld together.

Simply, omit the white Riesling and peach schnapps from the white sangria and replace them with one bottle of Sprite, 7up, Sierra mist, ginger ale, sparkling cider, or soda water, and one bottle of apple juice or white grape juice.
