    CBD-elicious Infused Strawberry-Banana Smoothie

    Recipe

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup frozen banana, peeled
    • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
    • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    • 4-5 ice cubes
    • 1 teaspoon honey
    • 1 milliliter unflavored CBD oil
    • 1/8 cup hemp hearts (optional)

    Supplies

    Directions

    1. Purée the banana, strawberries, almond milk, and ice in a blender until smooth. Add the honey and continue to blend.

    2. Add the unflavored CBD oil and blend well.

    3. Pour the smoothie into a tall glass and garnish with hemp hearts for a protein boost. Serve immediately.

    • 1/4 cup coconut milk
    • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
    • 1/2 cup pineapple chunks
    • 1 frozen banana, peeled
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • 1/2 cup ice
    • 1 milliliter unflavored CBD oil

    CBD-Infused Peanut Butter, Chocolate, And Banana Smoothie

    • 4 ice cubes
    • 1 frozen banana
    • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    • 1/4 cup almonds, raw
    • 2 tablespoons unsweetened chocolate powder
    • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
    • 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
    • 1 tablespoon chocolate chips
    • 1 milliliter unflavored CBD oil
