
In a blender, combine 3/4 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 1 ounce of vanilla protein powder, 1/3 cup spinach leaves, 1/8 teaspoon peppermint extract, and about 6-10 crushed ice cubes. Blend at a high speed until it’s smooth, stirring if needed, and then pour into a glass. The result is a filling and delicious shake with about one fifth of the calories in a Shamrock Shake from McDonald’s.
