
Beat 4 ounces of softened cream cheese with 1/2 cup of powdered sugar until smooth, then beat in 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract, 2 teaspoons milk, and 4-6 drops of green food coloring. In a separate bowl, beat 1/4 cup of heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form, and then fold it into the cheesecake mix, along with 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips. Let the dip chill for at least an hour before serving.
