When you live in a hot, humid climate, even getting dressed for the gym is a challenge. This top actually feels cool to the touch! Cute short length (just past natural waistline) with armholes that cover everything (I’m not fond of the show-your-workout-bra look.) I’m going to buy more colors because this will be a summer staple for working out.
Bless the fabric – I know I’ll be sweating buckets, but the other gym-goers don’t need to.

This is my new favorite workout shirt!! I love how low the sides go, and how flowy it is. I’m 5’6″, 132 pounds, 34C and got a small. I for sure would’ve been fine with an xs too. This shirt is LONG! At first I thought it was way too long but when I tied the knot in front, it brought the length up a couple inches. It’s also super thin which will be awesome for keeping me cool. Oh and the color is beautiful!! Highly recommend.
I was concerned about the knot bouncing during my workout – thankfully that won’t be an issue.

I wore it to the gym, and it falls perfectly at the natural waist line which really cinches in the waist and flatters a broad shoulder line, just doing an all around stellar job of accentuating the X-frame or hourglass shape.
I don’t usually do yoga, but this shirt is making me think otherwise.

I love this shirt, I wear it constantly. Here’s why:

– 100 washes later, still looks like the day I got it!
– Feels like a normal tee from the front. In the back, though, it’s sexy in a fun but subtle way.
– Unlike a lot of the knotted tees that are in style, this one is comfy to drive/lean back in a chair in – you won’t feel the fabric twist.
When you’ve got a workout at 4, and a night with the girls at 6.

Oalka Women’s Workout Shorts
The Things I Love About The Oalka Workout Shorts
- They are long enough to protect against any chafing, but are short enough to still be cute
- POCKETS! On both sides, and they are big.
- Super high waisted. I have a very high belly button so I am super picky about high waisted things since they rarely cover my belly button, but these do AND they stay high waisted. No waistband rolling here!
- Squat-proof thickness. Full disclosure, I have not tried the white color, but I do have the Light Brown and Lavender Mist colors and they both offer full coverage.
- They stay in place. Even during squats or a long run, the shorts do not ride up.
The Things I Don’t Love About the Oalka Workout Shorts
- I wish they had neon colors, or a better selection of brighter colors. They do offer 35 color options, but this is me being picky.
My workout might be awful, but no reason for my outfit to be.
