There’s been a lot of hype around the Always Pan and I’m here to affirm that it absolutely lives up to said hype. I cook almost every meal in it and use it every single day. After my other pieces of cookware started to collect dust in the cabinet, I gave them away.
When they say non-stick, they mean it! I use less oil than I had to with other pans. Food cooks evenly every time so I never have to worry about part of it burning or not cooking enough.

When it comes to cooking utensils, I prefer silicone in my kitchen, but I do use the beechwood spatula that Our Place includes with the Always Pan because of the convenience of it fitting right into the spoon rest.
Cooking potstickers/mandu is a breeze. A teaspoon of oil goes a long way then straight to steaming makes it easier… also love the ease of cleaning the pan; soft scrubbing pad included does the work-it doesn’t even scratch the pan surface… love it

As previously mentioned, the Always Pan is seriously non-stick. That makes cleaning a breeze in itself. Personally, I haven’t had to do any scrubbing, even when cooking with a lot of cheese. But if you do find yourself needing to scrub, you won’t have to worry about scratches as Nescel points out above.
I received the limited red Always Pan & steamer as a gift & both are in constant rotation on my stovetop. Literally never put it away. We cook everything from burgers to noodles to steamed veg to omelets. I often come down in the a.m. & find it’s been used for late night ramen sessions. The bamboo steamer lets me use less energy by utilizing a single burner for two cooking chores.

Truly the only drawback I can think of with getting the Always Pan is that if you’re really attached to your current cookware, you likely won’t use it anymore. It’s kind of like when I first heard about silicone utensils I wondered how much they would really change my cooking came and once I switched I could never go back.
