What's better than a Reese's peanut butter cup? An inside out chocolate peanut butter cup, of course. Peanut butter lovers everywhere are rejoicing because now your favorite candy cup is all peanut butter with just a little bit of chocolate.

To make these inside out peanut butter cups, stir together 1/2 cup powered peanut butter, 1/4 cup virgin coconut oil or cocoa butter (melted) and 4 tsp pure maple syrup into a paste. Smooth a little under 1 tsp of the paste into 10 mini cupcake liners (you can put the mini cupcake liners in a mini cupcake tin for easy transport). Freeze the peanut butter for 10 minutes. Then divide the 2 tablespoons of melted chocolate among the 10 liners and freeze again. Finally, top with the remaining peanut butter paste and freeze again until solid. The inside out cups are best kept in the fridge or freezer between snacking!
