Three Ingredient Pancakes

Whether you're throwing an elaborare brunch party or are in a hurry because you overslept these pancakes will make your morning so much better! Oh, and did we mention you only need 3 ingredients to make them? They seem too good to be true, but they are very real. Shout out to our friends at PureWow for this awesome recipe!


What You'll Need:

1 banana

1 egg

1 tablespoon of almond butter.

Note: This recipe makes about 2 medium-sized pancakes so feel free to double or triple the ingredients to make more.


1. Using a fork, mash up the banana until it is a smooth consistency.


2. Then, add the egg and the almond butter and stir until blended.


3. Spray a skillet with non-stick spray or cooking oil and place over medium heat. Pour the pancake mixture onto the skillet and cook for about one to two minutes on each side. When the pancakes are golden brown they are ready to eat!
