COFFEE CUP QUICHE
Start to finish: 4 minutes (prep: about 3 minutes)
1 ½ tablespoons milk
Ground Black Pepper
¼ of a bagel
2 teaspoons cream cheese
½ slice ham or prosciutto
Fresh thyme or chives (optional)
1. In a microwavable coffee cup, beat together egg and milk.
Add salt and pepper to taste. Tear bread into small dime-size pieces. Stir in
bread. Add cream cheese; stir until incorporated. Slice ham or prosciutto into
small pieces and add to mixture. Sprinkle thyme leaves or chopped chives over
