In addition to being downright delicious, avocados have numerous health benefits: they're good for your heart, can help with weight loss and are full of antioxidants. Here are 15 creative ways to get more avocado goodness in your diet.

    Crispy Baked Avocado Fries

Take one bowl with flour, salt, pepper and chili powder all mixed together. Coat some sliced avocados in this bowl and then dip them in a beaten egg mixture. Finally, cover them with panko bread crumbs and bake them for about 20 minutes at 425 degrees. (Photo via Kim’s Healthy Eats)

    Avocado Mac & Cheese

This delicious dish is made by adding both an avocado sauce and cheese sauce to your favorite macaroni pasta noodles. Mix garlic, avocados, lime juice, cilantro, salt and pepper in a blender until it’s a smooth and creamy mixture. For the cheese sauce, whisk in flour to a pan of melted butter and add pepper jack cheese until it becomes a melty and creamy sauce. You can then stir in both sauces on top of the macaroni noodles and enjoy this genius re-invention of mac & cheese. (Photo via Two Peas & Their Pod)
