On November 14, Krispy Kreme and UberEATS teamed up to give Londoners the deal of their dreams — free donut delivery all afternoon.

After the announcement, UberEats received tens of thousands of orders in just a few minutes, according to Metro. This led to the app crashing. Which led to many hungry, confused, angry, betrayed, and distraught Londoners. They did not hold back their feelings.
