With the Super Bowl right around the corner, food giant Tyson knows the dangers of the dreaded double dipping — and they’re here to help.
Introducing the Tyson Chicken Wing-Mate Wristband, a watch that, instead of telling time, holds a personal dipping sauce so you don’t have to worry about double dipping your wings at your Super Bowl party.
Just fill the compartment with your choice of dip and snack away. When you’re done, the compartment can snap closed and hold the sauce until you’re hungry for more.
“The Wing-Mate makes it possible to enjoy game day entertaining without worrying about proper party etiquette,” Duke Zandstra, senior marketing director for Tyson told Food & Wine. “In fact, we even encourage the triple dip when the Wing-Mate is in play.”
However, not every wing connoisseur will be able to get their hands on a Wing-Mate. The product is not being sold to the public, so if you want one you have to enter Tyson’s Facebook contest by commenting what your favorite dipping sauce is on the contest’s Facebook post. Three hundred Wing-Mates will be given away to select participants.
Don’t wait too long — the promotion ends Feb. 2 at midnight, and if you don’t have a Wing-Mate you’re taking your chances with the dirty double dippers.
