Gluten-Free Cauliflower Bites That Taste EXACTLY Like Buffalo Wings!

Luckily, you can feed your temptation without feeling guilty with by using cauliflower to make a healthy, taste-alike substitution for buffalo wings! Not only do these crispy cauliflower bites taste great, but they’re also gluten-free.

Start by preheating your oven to 450 degrees, and then combine 1 cup of garbanzo bean flour, 1 cup water, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, and 1/2 teaspoon salt, and whisk together until smooth. Cut a head of cauliflower into bite-sized bits, coat the pieces in the batter, and then place them on a non-stick pan. Bake for about 15 minutes.

In a bowl, stir 2/3 cup of hot sauce and 1 teaspoon of melted butter or ghee. Toss the cauliflower pieces in the hot sauce mixture and then put them back into the oven for another 25 minutes. Allow them to cool for about 15 minutes, then enjoy with your favorite creamy dressing or dip.
