An All-Ranch Restaurant Is Opening In St. Louis. Very Delicious, Or Vile?

Ranch dressing may be one of the more polarizing condiments in the culinary universe, but it has won a resounding victory in St. Louis. Twisted Ranch, a ranch-themed restaurant, is opening soon, and ready to win over ranch enthusiasts and doubters alike.

Twisted Ranch’s homemade dressing offerings show a level of sophistication one might not expect, including such flavors as smoked paprika, dill, teriyaki, Thai, and fourteen other varieties, and the entrees they accompany don’t sound too shabby either.

A pork chop with mushroom ranch, wild mushroom soup with ranch crostini, and a ranch seasoned meatloaf all sound appetizing enough, but we’re looking forward to the restaurant’s take on a St. Louis favorite. Toasted ravioli stuffed with beef and pork seasoned with ranch sounds like a treat worth the trip. We’re not entirely sold on the promised ranch-infused vodkas, but we have to applaud the adventurous spirit.
