Just like summer should be, this is a laid back recipe. You can add the ingredients in whatever ratios you choose depending on the quantity and alcohol content you desire. Cut up half of a seedless watermelon. You can cut it into cubes, slices, or balls; whatever floats your sangria summer boat. Put the sliced watermelon into a large pitcher, preferably one that is see-through because it’s so pink and pretty. Then pour in 1 to 2 bottles of chilled Rosè. Stick it in the fridge for 3 hours to allow the flavors to blend. Right before serving, pour in 1 bottle of Champagne or sparking wine.
Drink and enjoy your fruity, bubbly, and refreshing glass of summer.
