We think the best way to get a delicious dose of this anti-inflammatory superfood is with a creamy vegan latte. This frothy concoction is known as golden milk, and we're so excited to share our tried and true golden milk recipe.
Add the milks, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and black pepper to the small saucepan.
Set stovetop to medium heat, and whisk regularly. Heat and stir for 4-5 minutes, but be careful not to let it boil.
Strain the warmed mixture into your mason jar. Since turmeric is so strongly pigmented, it can easily stain white dishware. Therefore, we love a charming and rustic mason jar for this golden milk latte. Once cooled to your liking, enjoy this tasty beverage!
