    Oven Baked Potatoes

The easiest and most traditional way to prepare spuds is to bake them in an oven.

    Instructions

    Step #1: Prep Time

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Rinse and wash the potatoes, then drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Prick the potatoes multiple times with fork to avoid an explosive potato bomb!

    Step #2: Beautifully Baked

Line a flat baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Dependent on your oven, cook the potatoes for 45 minutes to an hour. Remove from the oven and enjoy!

    Cast Iron Potatoes

We are obsessed with cast iron cooking, so of course had to include potatoes cooked in our favorite skillet!

    Instructions

    Step #1: Butter is best

Heat cast iron skillet on stovetop over medium-high heat for at least five minutes. Add three tablespoons butter to the pan and melt. Tilt pan so butter coats the entire bottom.

    Step #2: Potato Perfection

Rinse potatoes and pierce with fork. Place them into heated skillet, sprinkle with salt and pepper and do not touch for 10 minutes. Flip them over, cover with lid and cook another 10 minutes. Carefully remove from cast iron and enjoy! Theses potatoes will have an amazing crust on them from the butter and skillet, and are an incredible addition to any table.
