    Easy And Delicious Crockpot Meatballs

    • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef, thawed
    • 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
    • 1 medium onion, minced
    • 1 egg
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 2 tablespoons parsley

    • salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
    • 1 can crushed tomatoes
    • 1 can tomato paste
    • Parmesan for garnish

    If You’re Pressed For Time

If you don’t have a crockpot at home — or you don’t want to wait several hours before your meatballs are done — you can speed up the process. Toss your browned meatballs into a large pot and add your crushed tomatoes and tomato paste. Cover the meatballs and let them simmer for 10-15 minutes or until the sauce is hot.

If you’re really pressed for time, you can always purchase frozen meatballs instead.

    Make It Your Own

Meatballs are versatile enough that you can experiment with seasoning and different sauces, such as honey garlic, barbecue, or a simple gravy. Some home chefs like their crockpot meatballs to have a bit of a kick, so don’t be afraid to add sriracha or chili flakes if that floats your boat.

Prepare your meatballs however you’d like, and sprinkle in whichever spices call out to you.
