When you want to whip up something quick and not spend hours baking, you need a rotation of go-to desserts that require little effort. Whether it’s pies, cookies, or cakes, these handy recipes aren’t laden with long ingredient lists, and still manage to satisfy your sweet tooth.

    1. Blackberry Crisp

As the name suggests, this is pretty easy to prepare and can be used with other berries if you aren’t fond of blackberries.

    2. Key Lime Pie

Not only is this recipe super easy to whip up, but it’s also the best key lime pie recipe we’ve tried. Ever.

    3. Flourless Chocolate Cake

Only Three ingredients; eggs, chocolate, and butter! The finished product tastes so decadent you won’t believe how simple it is.

    4. Magic Cookie Bars

These decadent bars of chocolatey goodness are ready in thirty minutes and require only six ingredients.

    5. Peach Cobbler

Peach season is deliciously short, so make the most of it with this easy cobbler recipe. It’s still good with canned peaches, so you don’t have to wait till summer.

    6. Fudge Mug Cake

When you need your chocolate fix ASAP, you can go from mixing to eating in under ten minutes—bonus points for being Keto friendly.

    7. Ice Cream Cake

Initially, I was skeptical that this would be easy to whip up. The aptly named Easy Ice Cream Cake Recipe is just that, and it’s customizable to whatever flavor or toppings your heart desires.

    8. Peanut Butter Buckeyes

The hardest part about making these is to wait for the required 20-30 minutes to firm up in the freezer before consuming.

    9. Homemade Lemon Bundt Cake

This dessert is perfect for entertaining because it looks so pretty on a cake stand. Make your guests think you slaved all day on this entirely satisfying glazed cake.

    10. Easy Cheesecake

The hardest part about making these is to wait for the required 20-30 minutes to firm up in the freezer before consuming.

Cheesecake is a great base to pair with a topping bar for a dessert that can please anyone’s flavor preference. Tip: Make this easy cheesecake even easier by using a store-bought crust.

    11. Moist and Easy Carrot Cake

This recipe is the most in-depth from this list but still manages to be easy to throw together in about 25 minutes. If you don’t want to bother with homemade icing, go ahead and grab a can of the pre-made stuff. We won’t tell.

    12. No-Bake Cookies

These cookies were a childhood staple of mine, and I’m not sure why they haven’t made a comeback. Easy and delicious and no oven needed.

    13. S’mores Dip

Regardless of the season, prepare this campfire staple year-round. Our S’ mores dip is perfect if you love S’ mores, but hate the sticky mess and don’t have a fire pit.

    14. Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie

Cookies are great, but rolling out the individual cookies takes time. Throw all the ingredients in a cast-iron skillet for an easy and delicious take on a classic.

    15. 10 Minute Tiramisu

The hardest part is going to be finding ladyfingers at your local grocery, but they do exist! If you have extra time, try making your own, and prepare to be delighted with this classic dessert for your next Italian feast.

    16. Nutella Rice Krispie Treats

Regular Rice Krispies are great, but have you tried Nutella Rice Krispies treats?? Update this kid-friendly favorite for a fun twist.

    17. Coconut Cream Pie

This recipe is my go-to pie when I need something quick and delicious. It tastes just like my grandmother used to make, and it takes half the time of her recipe.
