Classic Hot Chocolate
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- 2 ounces semisweet chocolate
- marshmallows for garnish

In a small saucepan, combine the milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt over medium-low heat. Bring to a boil.
