Place your roast beef in the middle of your slow cooker
Chop up your garlic, onion, carrots, and potatoes, then add them around the roast beef
Pour the beef broth over everything
Top with spices and Worcestershire sauce
Cook on high for 5-6 hours or low for 9-10 hours
Serve with freshly ground pepper or fresh sprigs of parsley
