Deliciously rich, chocolatey, and moist, you’ll be able to satisfy your sweetest cravings in under five minutes with our ridiculously easy Keto mug cake recipe. With only eight ingredients, you’ll find that this Keto mug cake is particularly simple to prepare, as it doesn’t require almond flour or coconut flour, as many traditional Keto mug cakes generally do.

Our Keto mug cake, uses an egg and heavy cream, adding a rich, decadent overall texture to this easy keto dessert, without an unappealing eggy aftertaste.

When choosing your keto sugar alternative, stick to sugars that are the ideal sweeteners for baking keto desserts as some sugar-free options can leave an unpleasant aftertaste, as they are more suited towards beverages.

We recommend a monk fruit and erythritol blend or Swerve when preparing keto desserts to avoid a bitter aftertaste. Avoid sugar-free replacements such as stevia, if you’re seeking desserts that taste similar to those baked with real-granulated sugar.
