Sushi combined with a burrito may sound like a bit of a food abomination, but  it's a delicious one! And starting as of June 18th, 2015, this wonderful hybrid is coming to New York city thanks to Chef Chris Jaeckle of restaurant Uma Temakeria!

Made with high quality sushi grade tuna and salmon, cucumbers, carrots, sushi rice and sesame seeds wrapped in nori sheets, these burritos are highly customizable, and offer optional ingredients like crab, tofu, red pepper, daikon, and more! This new item may eventually have competition from California chain Sushirrito, but for the time being, Uma Temakeria is the only place to grab one!
