Driving to your local Chick-fil-A is one of those little joys in life that the majority of us can relish. Putting aside their notoriously controversial background, people still flock to the chain for their dose of chicken. Well, the lines are about to get even longer because Chick-fil-A will be giving away free chicken nuggets from now until September 29.
In order to score yourself some free chicken, all you need to do is download the Chick-fil-A One mobile app, which is an app that gives you points every time you make a purchase. As soon as you make an account you’ll see free nuggets in the “My Rewards” section that you can cash in before the 29th. Additional good news is that there aren’t a ton of restrictions either; you can cash in your freebie for either grilled nuggets or the traditional crispy kind. You also don’t need to make any additional purchases.
The food chain announced in a statement that the promotion is meant to endorse their new membership program. The membership program is thanks to customer feedback and includes three tiers: Chick-fil-A One Member, Chick-fil-A One Silver Member and Chick-fil-A One Red Member. To successfully reach the Silver or Red memberships you’ll need to earn a significant amount of points in a year, but you’ll wind up getting more points per dollar you spend.
Kaitlyn White, senior lead of the Chick-fil-A One Membership program, said in the statement, “We want to thank the millions of customers who have joined Chick-fil-A One on our mobile app, and this is just a small way to show our appreciation for dining with us.”
Be sure to download the app to get your hands on some free nuggets before September 29.
