This adorable dessert is perfect for Halloween and it’s so easy to make. Bake a batch of brownies and let them cool. Once the brownies have cooled, cut them and place a marshmallow on top. Drizzle melted white chocolate over the marshmallow. Finish with mini chocolate chips as the eyes and mouth.
