Around this time of year, pumpkin starts making appearances in all our favorite dishes, and for good reason. Nothing embodies what we love about fall more than pumpkin. It reminds us of pumpkin picking, pumpkin carving contests, halloween, orange falling leaves, and thanksgiving dinners. This creamy and sweet dip is everything we love about pumpkin and autumn. Thank you Popsugar for this fantastic recipe.
What You’ll Need:
2 cups powdered sugar
8 ounces cream cheese
1 1/4 cups canned pumpkin
1/2 cup sour cream
3 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
Caramel sauce
Graham crackers
First, fold the powdered sugar and cream cheese together. Then, beat on a high speed with an electric mixer until you reach a fluffy consistency. Next, add canned pumpkin, sour cream, and pumpkin pie spice to the bowl and mix for an additional two minutes or until well-blended and smooth. Finally, transfer to a serving bowl and garnish by drizzling some caramel sauce over the top. Serve with graham crackers.
Yum! This dip tastes just like Grandma’s pumpkin pie. We can’t imagine anything more perfect to munch on while snuggling around a warm fireplace in November. What other recipes are your favorites for fall?
