You NEED To Try These Easy Avocado Coconut Rum Popsicles

Fact: you need to eat more avocado in your life. Luckily it is one of those magical foods that has unlimited uses, including creamy boozy popsicles.

What You’ll Need:
1 avocado
1 lime (zest)
1/4 cup honey
2 cups coconut water
1/2 cup Malibu rum

In a blender, combine the avocado, lime zest, honey, and coconut water. Blend until thoroughly mixed. Stir in the rum. Then, pour the mixture into popsicle molds or little paper cups. Place the popsicles in the freezer. After an hour add popsicle sticks then continue to freeze overnight. Enjoy!
