For all you sushi and/or breakfast lovers out there, you need to try this twist on breakfast sushi. Tym Bussanich created this amazing sushi that combines the best parts of a traditional American breakfast: eggs, bacon, cheese and tater tots. The best part is, it's super easy to recreate at home so you can have breakfast sushi every day. Here are the nine steps you need to know in order to make this delicious breakfast sushi!
First you will need to throw two cups of tater tots into a bowl.

Next, crack two eggs on top of the tater tots.

Then, cut up one jalapeno and place it in the bowl with the tater tots and eggs.

Mix these three ingredients together until it forms a paste-like texture.

Place bacon strips on a piece of foil, making a weave pattern by going over and under the strips.

Spoon the tater tot mixture on top of the weave of bacon. Leave two inches of room from the edge of the bacon.

Sprinkle one and a half cups of shredded cheese on top.

Using the foil, carefully wrap the bacon weave into a roll. You can use tooth picks to keep the roll together while baking.

Place the roll on a cookie sheet and bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees. When it’s done, cut into slices!
