As OOLA editors, we select and write about stuff we love and think you’ll like too. OOLA has affiliate and advertising partnerships so we may earn a commission if you make a purchase.

After 2 months of shelter in place we’ve developed an exclusive relationship with our TVs. Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, you name it, we’ve spent many a nights binge watching, scrolling endlessly through titles, and crowdsourcing our friends for recommendations. After many hits and misses, the OOLA team is sharing their quarantine must-see TV.

For more streaming goodness, check out our sister site CinemaBlend for the latest and greatest on what to watch in their Stay In And Stream section.

    What We’re Watching

    Waco TV series

    CinemaBlend

Ellen: Waco. WOW! This mini-series (streaming on Netflix) blew my mind. It’s based on the actual events of a deadly standoff between the FBI and a religious sect called the Branch Davidians in the early 90’s. It’s been one of my favorite binge watches of quarantine.

Laura: RuPaul’s Drag Race! I never saw it before, but there’s a million seasons on Amazon and Hulu and I love it! Drag is so much more of an art form than I ever thought. I jumped in on Season 5 (magic) and now I’ve gone back and started at the beginning. Just finished Season 1, but I have like 12 more seasons to look forward to. It’s hard not to fall in love with RuPaul.

    All American TV series

    CinemaBlend

Nicole: All American on Netflix has been a guilty pleasure of mine. I am a sucker for high school football dramas (hello, Friday Night Lights) and this show did not disappoint. It is loosely based on a true story which is interesting, but it’s not so heavy that I can’t scroll through instagram while I’m watching. Also, Taye Diggs.

Allison: I was so horrified and captivated by Waco on Netflix that I watched in twice in a row. Beware though, it may ruin Tim Riggins (Friday Night Lights) for you forever, as Taylor Kitsch stars as the eccentric cult-leader.

We also started Upload (Amazon Prime) this week and it’s been super intriguing watching this futuristic series set in 2033. If you liked Black Mirror on Netflix, you’re sure to get caught up in this new binger.

Reese Witherspoon in Little Fires Everywhere

    CinemaBlend

Brittany: Will Little Fires Everywhere have a second season on Hulu?! I was so bummed when it ended a couple of weeks ago! I need to know what happens next! My Wednesdays haven’t been the same.

Kasey: Better Call Saul – Netflix

Never Have I Ever TV series

    CinemaBlend

Jordan: I binged Mindi Kaling’s new show Never Have I Ever on Netflix. It’s a cute teen comedy that is a great light hearted distraction from all the that’s going on in the world. Plus the actor playing the heart throb kissed my best friend when they were in high school so it added an extra layer of fun when we watched the show.

Alaina: West World – HBO (watched on Hulu); Veep – HBO (watched on Hulu); Brooklyn 99 – Hulu; Killing Eve – BBC

Alli: Married at First Sight – Hulu
