Since its humble inception, daiquiris have become one of the most popular tropical libations. This no-nonsense recipe only requires a few kitchen items.
Rinse the lime in fruit and veggie wash (we recommend Rebel Green Fruit & Veggie Clean, available at Target, Walmart, and local health food stores).
Cut the lime in half, then manually juice it until you get 1 oz. of fresh-squeezed liquid.
Peel the banana (s). Set aside.
Combine lime juice, banana(s), coconut milk, simple syrup, ice, and rum in a blender. Blend for 30 seconds-1 minute or until smooth.
Pour your finished daiquiri into your choice of glassware for serving; our pick for this drink is a classic margarita glass. Optionally garnish with a lime wedge or mini umbrella, and enjoy immediately.
