There are so many ways to cook pork chops to perfection. Our favorite is to quickly pan sear then oven bake for maximum deliciousness. This easy recipe is sure to be your next summer standout. Butter, herbs, and garlic oh my!
Remove rosemary leaves from woody stems, then rough chop until there's 1 tbsp. Melt butter in microwave in small mixing bowl. Peel and mince garlic cloves. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Heat avocado oil in cast iron skillet over medium heat. While that's warming up, sprinkle both sides of pork chop liberally with salt and pepper. Mix rosemary and garlic into melted butter bowl.
In warmed skillet, sear chops for 3 minutes on each side until there's a little bit of a crust. Douse with the garlic-rosemary-butter concoction.
Finish the pork chops in the preheated oven, about 12-15 minutes.
Add some more garlic-rosemary-butter to serve. Sprinkle once more with salt and pepper, and it's time to delight in pork chop dining. This dish pairs well with a roasted green vegetable like asparagus or a great summer salad!
