A ribbon of decadent silky smooth pumpkin filling runs through two layers of rich, chewy, fudgy brownie in our pumpkin brownies. This easy recipe only calls for six ingredients: brownie mix, chocolate chips, cream cheese, 100% pure pumpkin, sugar, and of course, pumpkin pie spice. First, prep the brownie mix and stir in the chocolate chips (PS – If you aren’t already adding chocolate chips to brownie batter on the regular, you’re doing it wrong.). Then you blend the cream cheese with the pumpkin, adding sugar and pumpkin pie spice. Finally, layer the brownie batter, pumpkin mixture, and then more brownie batter and bake at 350 for about an hour.
