For help with orders, shipping, returns, refunds, subscriptions, product questions, or anything else related to your Oola experience:

We aim to respond to all customer inquiries within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. During peak periods or promotional events, response times may be slightly longer.

To help us help you faster, please include the following with your message:

  • Your order number, if your inquiry is about an order;

  • The email address used to place your order or create your account; and

  • A brief description of your question or issue.

Privacy Requests

To exercise a privacy right (such as the right to know, delete, correct, or opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information), email support@oola.com with the subject line "Privacy Request". For more information, see our Privacy Policy.

Subscription Cancellation

To pause or cancel your subscription, log in to your Oola account or email support@oola.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription". To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

SMS / Text Messaging

To stop receiving SMS marketing messages, reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. Reply HELP to any text message for assistance, or email support@oola.com.

Email Marketing

To stop receiving marketing emails, click the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email or email support@oola.com.

Legal Notices and Arbitration Opt-Out

Legal notices, including arbitration opt-out notices and DMCA notices, may be sent to support@oola.com or by mail to the address above. Please use a clear subject line that identifies the type of notice (for example, "Arbitration Opt Out" or "DMCA Notice"). For more information, see our Terms of Service.

Business Hours

Customer support is available Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. We do our best to monitor incoming messages outside of these hours, but responses to messages received in the evenings, on weekends, or during holidays may be delayed until the next business day.

Our products contain hemp-derived cannabinoids, including up to 5 mg of THC per serving, in compliance with the federal Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018. You must be 21 or older to purchase.
