CANCELLATION POLICY

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy describes how to cancel a recurring subscription or other auto-renewing purchase option offered by Dr. Hank, LLC, doing business as "Oola" ("Oola," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy is part of our Terms of Service and is provided in compliance with the California Automatic Renewal Law and similar state laws.

How Our Subscriptions Work

When you enroll in a subscription on oola.com, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscriptions automatically renew at the frequency disclosed at checkout (for example, every 30 days for our 30-day subscription).

Our subscription program is administered by Appstle. Each recurring charge will be the subscription price disclosed at the time you enrolled, plus any applicable taxes and shipping. Subscription prices may change from time to time; we will notify you of any change before it takes effect.

  • Free shipping. All active subscription orders ship for free, on every recurring shipment.

  • Length of term. Your subscription will continue for successive billing periods until you cancel or we terminate the subscription.

  • No minimum. There is no minimum number of shipments. You can cancel at any time.

  • No cancellation fee. There is no fee or penalty for cancelling.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, without penalty. To avoid being charged for the next shipment, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellations are effective for future billing periods and do not affect orders that have already been processed or shipped.

You can cancel any of the following ways:

1. Through Your Oola Account

  • Log in to your account at oola.com;

  • Navigate to "My Subscriptions" or the equivalent subscription management page;

  • Select the subscription you want to cancel; and

  • Click "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts.

2. Through a Subscription Email

Click the cancellation or "manage subscription" link in any subscription-related email we send you (for example, your order confirmation or upcoming shipment notification).

3. By Email

Email us at support@oola.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription". Include the email address you used for the order so we can locate your account. We will confirm cancellation by reply email.

When Cancellation Takes Effect

  • If you cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date, no further charges will be made to your payment method.

  • If you cancel less than 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date, the upcoming order may already be in processing or have already been billed. In that case, the cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle, not the one already in progress.

  • Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of any subscription order that has already shipped, except as described in our Return and Refund Policy.

Pausing or Skipping a Shipment

In addition to cancelling, you may pause or skip an upcoming subscription shipment by logging in to your Oola account and adjusting your subscription settings, or by emailing support@oola.com at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date. Pausing or skipping does not cancel your subscription — your subscription will resume on the schedule you choose, and you will continue to be charged for future shipments according to that schedule until you cancel.

Failed Payments

If your payment method on file is declined, expired, or otherwise fails, we may attempt to retry the charge, contact you to update your payment method, or pause or cancel your subscription. We will notify you by email before any cancellation due to a failed payment so you have an opportunity to update your payment information.

Changes to Subscription Pricing or Terms

We may change the price, frequency, or other terms of our subscriptions from time to time. If we make a change that affects your active subscription, we will notify you in advance — typically by email — and give you an opportunity to cancel before the change takes effect. Your continued enrollment after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the change.

Refunds for Subscription Orders

30-day money-back guarantee — first shipment only. Your first subscription shipment is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. Subsequent recurring shipments are not eligible for the money-back guarantee, but you may cancel future shipments at any time as described above. For more details, see our Return and Refund Policy.

Acknowledgment

By enrolling in a subscription, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood the recurring billing terms and the cancellation procedures described above;

  • You authorize Oola and our subscription processor (Appstle) to automatically charge your payment method on the schedule and at the price disclosed at checkout, until you cancel;

  • You understand that cancellation requires action by you (logging in, clicking a link, or emailing us);

  • You understand that you must cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for that order; and

  • You may cancel at any time, for any reason, without penalty.
